Outdoor Rifle & Pistol Ranges
Our Outdoor Range is located approximately 4.2 miles passed the INDOOR RANGE/CLUB BUILDING on Big Grave Creek Road. Take the RIGHT fork in the road when you come to the end of 12th Street in Moundsville. The Outdoor Range will be on your LEFT across the submarine/creek bed bridge.
The MEMBER-ACCESS ONLY Range is LOCKED.
To access it, you MUST have the PASSCODE.
ALL MEMBERS must shut and lock the gate as you GO IN and WHEN YOU LEAVE.
After you have shut and locked the gate, take the driveway to the left to go to the Pistol Range. To go to the Rifle Range, drive straight ahead.
*Notice*
The Outdoor Range hosts events OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Upon completion of those events, the range goes back to MEMBERS ONLY ACCESS. If you are attending a PUBLIC event and are NOT a Member, you are NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE PUBLIC EVENT to use another part of the Range unless you have an Authorized Guest Pass that is valid for that day and the MRAPC Member is with you at all times.

The Outdoor Range is open year-round from 9AM - DUSK for MEMBERS ONLY.
There are MRAPC Guest Passes available to Members that allows them to take a limited number of Authorized Guests to the Outdoor Range. All Authorized Guests and those attending OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Events are subject to the MRAPC Range Rules.
